One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
EYEWEAR AGAIN is a “re-commerce” program under VSP GIC, where customers and patients trade in their pre-loved eyewear and rebuy gently used eyewear.

“Elevated the understanding” of current eyewear re-commerce market and trends. “Showed what’s possible” to diversify earnings by introducing a new source of revenue while improving ODs and patients/consumers satisfaction. “Showed what’s possible” to reduce the VSP warehouse burden while supporting VSP’s sustainable initiatives.

Modernized and consistent visual design with concise, structured information and intuitive navigation. Persistent bottom navigation across key feature hubs for easier access and discoverability. Seamless access to account information and transactions through improved content organization. Convenient one-tap access to enhanced interactions, including swipe actions and expand/collapse/pin features.

Team work makes great work!
This was a collaborative effort between me (the product designer), a business strategy partner, and an optometry partner. Each of us brought our full expertise and background knowledge to fuel ideas and execution, while continuing to learn from one another.
